Hot Marketing approached Pizza Hut as pizza is one of the Indian communities’ favourite dine out meal solutions in the UK. Hot Marketing was asked to deliver a celebratory campaign centred around the festival of Diwali. Hot Marketing employed DM, radio (in English, Gujarati, Hindi and Punjabi) and leafleting with multi lingual Indian promotional staff as well as creating offers to appeal to the family market and a competition to help us collect useful data.
The key targeted stores had queues out of the door and during the promotional period 75% of customers were Indian and feedback from them was great.
